Upgrading between Revu editions is called a crossgrade (e.g., Standard 2019 to eXtreme 2019). Depending on your needs, you may find another edition of Revu best fits your current workflow. In order to qualify for a crossgrade, you must have a license with active Maintenance.

If you have a license for an older version of Revu and do not have active Maintenance, then you will need to purchase an upgrade (e.g., Standard 2017 without Maintenance to eXtreme 2019). For more information about crossgrading and purchasing a new license, contact sales@bluebeam.com. To compare the differences between each edition, see the Edition Overview page.

How to install a new edition of Revu

Crossgrading doesn’t affect your existing Revu settings as long as you aren’t migrating to a new computer. However, it’s still a good idea to keep a backup file in a location other than your local hard drive, so it can be restored in the event of a hard drive failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
